Live-In Care
Consistent support while remaining in familiar surroundings
Depending on the assessment, a live-in arrangement may cover:
Personal-care routines, once Flexxy Care is authorised to provide regulated care
Support with prescribed medicines
Meal planning and preparation
Encouragement with nutrition and hydration
Safe movement around the home
Companionship and emotional reassurance
Help to attend appointments and community activities
Grocery shopping and essential errands
Laundry, bed-linen changes and light household tasks
Dementia-aware support and familiar daily routines
Observation of general wellbeing and reporting concerns
Practical help during recovery from illness or a hospital stay
Before a placement begins, we will agree the care professional's responsibilities, breaks, suitable sleeping arrangements and whether separate overnight support is needed. A live-in placement does not automatically provide continuous waking care throughout the night. Sleeping-night, waking-night or additional cover can be considered following assessment.
Our objective is to provide stability and continuity while enabling the person to remain involved in decisions about their home and everyday life.
